Prices are posted with the item and we will be happy to pre-quote any special orders and submit in writing. Availability is subject to change. If for some reason, an item is not available or a reasonable substitute is not available, you will be contact within 48 hours.
To order by phone, fax or online we must have your name, billing and shipping address, telephone/fax number or your email address. Your credit or debit card information will only be used to process your order, but will not be retained for order tracking and returns. PACKAGE PRETTY & PARTIES, TOO! adheres to all federal and state privacy laws and other industry standards.
Returns or exchanges are accepted in original saleable condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All shipping and handling fees, as well as gift wrap fees, are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging so please keep the box and other packing materials until you have decided on your purchase. An invoice must accompany all return or packing slip and the return form included with your shipment. Failure to include these forms will result in prolonged processing of your return. Returns must be submitted to 2502 Rice Blvd., Houston, Texas 77005. We will refund your credit or debit card within five business days. Please insure your shipment, as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect order must be reported via fax (713) 862-3851 upon delivery. Please retain packing slip and your invoice, the original packaging and any other packaging materials used for your return.
